This charming property is a 2 story, 3 bedroom cottage that will sleep a MAXIMUM of 6 people. The downstairs offers two queen size bedrooms and the upstairs bedroom has a king size bed. The upstairs loft is perfect for relaxing or watching TV. It has a custom built sliding barn door for added privacy. The cottage has one bathroom with a shower. Cozy Cottage is fully stocked with linens, towels and all the essential kitchen items in addition to a Kitchen Aid mixer. While relaxing inside you will find 3 TV’s with cable as well as a DVD player and a few board games.
For those who love to be outdoors will find plenty to do at this cottage. You will be drawn to the delightful sitting areas and decks where you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch family & friends gather to play horse shoes & bocce ball. In the evening you can cozy up by the outdoor fire pit to roast hot dogs and marshmallows for S’mores. At the end of a relaxing day top your night off in the new outdoor 4 person hot tub.
