Tucked away among towering pines and hardwood trees, the cabin sits directly on a natural fed stream backing up to pure forest.
*RARE GEM ALERT* There are no cabins located behind this property! There are very few cabins in Hochatown/Broken Bow that offer the back deck privacy that Couple’s Cabin provides.
This cabin is perfect for couples seeking alone time, a place to celebrate or for small families looking to getaway. (Cabin can sleep: 2 adults & 2 children)
SPACE:
Couples Cabin on the Creek was newly built in 2020 and features an open concept layout with numerous windows, stained pine floors, high ceilings, and two beautiful floor to ceiling rock fireplaces.
The oversized back deck sits above 30ft high and creates the perfect ambience to relax in the therapeutic, 5 person hot tub while enjoying the seclusion and sounds of Mother Nature.
EAT:
Upon entering the cabin you will find the kitchen and dining area which features a modern dining table for 4, sleek black wooden cabinets, granite countertops, black stainless steel appliances, and comes fully stocked with all cookware and accessories to prepare any meal.
If you don’t want the stress of grocery shopping stop and pick up a delicious spread from Mountain Man Meat Market. Choose from a variety of meat selections and cuts along with sides that come pre-packed, seasoned and ready to throw on the grill or in the oven.
GATHER:
The living area is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa that surrounds the floor to ceiling flagstone fireplace + a 55” Smart TV equipped with cable.
A 2” memory foam topper was added to the pull out sofa for a great nights sleep. Enjoy the pull down handle on the TV that allows you to rotate and position the TV so you can catch the game from multiple sitting areas, including while you’re out back grilling.
Off set to the living area, you can enjoy the 2 player, sit down, arcade console, packed with tons of classic arcade games. Many guest comment on the endless fun they have enjoying some friendly competition over Pac Man or Galaga with their loved ones.
RETREAT:
The large master suite has a king size bed topped with a memory foam hybrid mattress and luxury linens. We have many guest reach out asking where they can purchase the mattress after sleeping so good!)
Enjoy a movie day marathon on the smart TV and take advantage of the sound machine in the evenings as you drift off into a relaxing sleep. Take in the view out of the double french doors that lead to the spacious back deck. The French doors have roller shades for our guest that prefer a darker room to sleep.
The master bathroom includes a soaker tub with a shower wand, a large walk-in, dual head shower with pebble stone floor and two spa quality robes to use during your stay. A starter pack of toiletry items are provided as well as a blow dryer and makeup washcloths.
A full size washer and dryer are located in the master bath and include starter laundry pods and dryer sheets.
ESCAPE:
One of the most attractive features of Couples Cabin on the Creek is the large covered back deck. Enjoy the therapeutic 5 person hot tub, gas grill (propane included), dining table for 4, or one of the two sitting/lounge areas. The back deck lights have dimmer switches so you can create the perfect ambience to fit your mood.
Just down the stairs, off the back deck, you will find the fire pit with seating for 4 to enjoy the tranquility of the trickling creek or the crackling sound of a camp fire. String lights hang high within the pine tress to outline the the fire pit area.
Firewood is available for our guest during their stay. Don’t forget to add the colored flame packets to the camp fire we provide in our camp fire kit! Guest can also enjoy a game of corn hole which is located on the back deck.
EXTRAS:
The cabin is packed with extra amenities for our guest. We provide a charging station with USB ports, a blue tooth sound bar for music, dimmer light switches through the cabin, board games and books, cozy throw blankets, skewers for making s’mores, grill tools and more!
LOCATION:
The cabin is located only minutes from beautiful Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park and other Hochatown attractions and restaurants. The circular driveway to the cabin is paved but it is steep. A small sedan can easily navigate to the cabin but if you have the option to bring a larger sedan or SUV you may prefer that.
