Are you ready to get away from the grind? Need a backwoods escape? You’ll find Backwoods tucked back in the woods in the Timber Creek South area. Just minutes from the Broken Bow Lake, the Cedar Creek Golf Course and Beavers Bend State Park, Backwoods is the perfect location for your getaway. This new cabin, just built in fall of 2014, is a one-bedroom king with a beautiful, roomy master bath, tub, and a walk-in shower. The kitchen has granite countertops and is equipped with everything you need to prepare a romantic dinner for two, or a meal for the family to be eaten around the formal dining room table.
After dinner, load the dishwasher and then sit out back on the spacious deck overlooking a creek and relax by the cozy fireplace. Maybe a soak in the hot tub sounds relaxing. Back inside, the great room hosts a sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, and an HDTV equipped with satellite.
Travelling with friends or family? Backwoods is right next to Beaver Creek and across from B’s Retreat and Better Half!
Backwoods offers a circle drive with plenty of parking for your truck and boat.
Firewood and s’mores kits can be added at the time of booking or by calling us ahead of time. Costs for firewood are as follows: $40.00 for a small bundle, $80.00 for a medium bundle, and $120.00 for a large bundle. Refunds cannot be given for unused firewood.
*A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, and laundry soap will be provided for your stay.
*Charcoal is not provided. Propane is provided for gas grills.
*We clean and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.
