Crystal Forest Wedding & Event Venue (formerly known as White Oaks) is located on an 8 acre property 5 miles north of Broken Bow. It is located just south of Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, Hochatown and is a short driving distance from many area attractions!
We are a full service event venue with a large open air pavilion and 3 cottages to accommodate up to 20 overnight guests. There is a beautiful pond located on the property for your enjoyment. White Oaks Venue offers plenty of outside gathering areas furnished with a large fire pit and grill.

Crystal Forest Wedding & Event Venue offers 3 separate cottages that are located on the same 8 acre property as the pavilion. All 3 cottages are equipped with your basic needs as well as linens and kitchenware. Hidden Oaks is a 2 bedroom cottage with 1 bathroom. It offers a fully furnished kitchen, a cozy living room with sectional sofa and TV, and 2 Queen size beds. The bathroom offers a large vanity and a tub/shower combo. Shady Oaks is a 3 bedroom cottage with 2 bathrooms. It offers a fully furnished kitchen with custom built in island for additional prep space and seating. The living room is furnished with a large sectional sofa, large TV, also a wet bar with refrigerated wine cooler and card table. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The other 2 bedrooms offer 2 Queen size beds. The 2nd bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. This cottage is also equipped with a laundry room with washer and dryer. Whispering Oaks is a 4 bedroom cottage with 2 bathrooms. It offers a fully furnished kitchen with large eat at bar and a dishwasher. The spacious living room is equipped with 2 reclining sofas and large TV. The master suite includes a King size bed and private bath with a large vanity and tub/shower combo. The other 3 bedrooms offer 3 Queen size beds. The 2nd bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. This cottage is also equipped with a large laundry room with washer and dryer.
Pavilion:
Our pavilion is complete and ready to host your events!! We have built a 3450 sq. ft. covered, open air pavilion that can seat up to 250 people. Extending over the beautiful landscape is a large deck for additional seating or entertaining. The venue also offers women’s and men’s restrooms that have heat and air conditioning. There is also a 350 square foot commercial kitchen that’s equipped with a 49 cubic foot double door refrigerator, 450 pound Ice Machine, 4 foot work table, Tea and Coffee machine, and a 3 compartment sink. The 3450 square foot open pavilion also comes with tables and chairs for 100 people.
